Life is hard, work even harder. Everyone has different degree of workplace stress. Some stress will push you to be more efficient, however, if you don't manage it well, some will probably make you breathless. The sign of work stress There are two types of sign: physical & non-physical sign. If you occur the situation below, you need to try to manage you work stress. Physical signs of stress: chest pain or a pounding heart fatigue nausea, diarrhoea or constipation getting colds more often sleeping problems Non-physical signs of stress: feeling overwhelmed or frustrated feeling guilty or unhappy being irritable excessive worrying.   How to deal with stress When I have too much stress, I will try in two ways.
